Thank you for your interest in Careers With A Purpose. We are a 5013c non-profit ministry. We have been serving America for nine years providing faith-based career coaching to high school students and adults in their career search.
From the very beginning we have been a virtual organization, with no office space and minimal overhead to ensure we could operate on a modest budget to keep our services as reasonable as possible. All our coaches receive a coaching fee for working with clients, but do not receive a salary. At this time no one is receiving a monthly salary, with our only personnel cost being the bookkeeper who works on an hourly basis.
In the first quarter of 2018 we are creating a Scholarship Fund to underwrite a portion of the cost of our coaching services. We will designate half of every donation to launch and maintain this fund for clients who need special help covering the cost of our services.
